Insurance disputes over blame for car accidents could become a thing of the past in Korea.

Korean Mercury has announced a new navigation system called Black Eagle that doubles as a black box recorder.

The black box uses a special camera to record video that you can later review if you have an accident, apparently up to 12 seconds before the accident and 6 seconds after.
