It's Tuesday, which as we all know is Apple's day of days for new products and announcements and the American Apple store is being updated.

This will create some blank looks - nothing new is expected from Apple, apart from products that fall into the realm of rumour...

So, we could get: the UK iPhone, the iPhone with 3G, the iPhone firmware updates, the touch-controlled mouse, the MacBooks with iPhone control pad, the iPhone nano, the revamped metallic iMac range, the ultra-portable tiny MacBook, um, yes, that about covers it.

Either that, or it's just routine maintenance...

STORY UPDATE: It appears that nothing much has changed on the American Apple online store - certainly no new major products.
