Only a concept at this stage, designer Marco Torres has created a surfboard expressly for geeks.

The board has built-in GPS, a two-way radio and a display that could show tide info and weather alerts.

A bit more high-tech-tool than Aloha-cool for your average laid-back surfer, we thinks.
