WEBSITE OF THE DAY - millioncount.com

So you think you're bored? Yeah, right...

4 July 2007 0:00 GMT / By Ian Hughes

Can you imagine counting to one million? Continuously? For 16 hours a day?

Live? In front of potentially millions of people?

That's exactly what Jeremy Harper, an American (naturally) is doing, right now. The 31-year-old computer science graduate is hoping to raise money for the Push America charity for people with disabilities.

Armed with only his counting ability, a handheld clicker, several webcams, an unbelievably patient girlfriend and one very confused looking Pug dog called Skillet, Jeremy cannot leave his house until he has reached the one million mark. They reckon it should take 3 to 4 months. He gets some short breaks, to eat and go to the loo, to update his blog and to sleep, but otherwise he is counting constantly.

Can you imagine what it must be like for this guy?

Tune in and be astounded by this bizarre and yet strangely admirable feat of endurance.
