The launches at CES are coming in thick and fast, and it is no surprise that digital photo frames are amongst the new products.
D-Link has updated its range with the DSM-210 — a high resolution 10-inch LCD photo frame, which black and white interchangeable covers.
Its key feature is connectivity to a specially designed website, that helps users manage their images(dlink.framechannel.com).
The website also allows users to remotely stream content such as weather, news, trivia and more using popular Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds. Subscription to these services is free for a year.
To support the website option is a drag-and-drop desktop widget.
The widget allows users to remotely manage a frame over the Internet using the same drag and drop method.
The frame itself includes slots for USB and memory cards and Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity.
D-Link also plans to introduce custom skins, via a partnership with Skinit, to allow customers to personalise the outer portion frame to whatever colour or pattern they choose.
It will be available in the coming months for $249.99.
