In about the time it takes to say, "Do you fancy a cuppa?" Tefal's new water heater will have produced the hot water to make the brew.This new gadget claims to take only 3 seconds to make hot water, compared to the 2 minutes 47 seconds we have to wait for the average kettle to boil.
