Today is, according to an expert from Cardiff University anyway, the Happiest Day of the Year.

Hmmm. OK, so it's Friday - that's good. The nights are now officially drawing in - that's bad. Wimbledon starts next week - that's good (if you're Swiss, Spanish, Russian or American, anyway). Wimbledon fortnight? It'll be raining then and there's that awful thought that Cliff might get up and "sing" again - that's really bad.

So, to hopefully bring a smile, here's one of our favourite media clips. The Troop of The One Hundred bring new meaning to the term Flash Mob and they hail from Japan (where else?).

It made us laugh anyway…
