If you need help to navigate yourself around the bewildering perplexities that is the UK's fragmented rail service, then Lisa could help.
Lisa is the new online virtual assistant available 24/7 on the Network Rail website.
Click though to the site help section, click on the "Ask" tab and Lisa will emerge as a pop up ready to answer your queries.
Lisa is a state of the art virtual assistant - known as a "Lingubot" and the first to use Flash Video of a real person, rather than animated cartoons or photograph stills.
She can apparently help you choose the best ticket for your journey or telling you about the facilities that are available at your local railway station.
It's a neat, if slightly gimmicky, trick and worth checking out, link below.
