To coincide with the release of the K3 and Y9 music players in the UK, Samsung has launched its first digital music service.
The Samsung Media Studio has over 2.6 million tracks from major record labels, as well as many indie labels.
Users can sign up to buy single tracks for 79p, or albums; an unlimited download subscription is also available for £15 per month.
You can burn the files to CD as well as transfer them to various media players; all Samsung players come with a seven-day free trial of the store.
“The Samsung music store is a natural development for us, demonstrating our commitment to both digital convergence and providing our customers with the best possible entertainment experience”, says Derek Wright, Product Manager, Samsung.
“Specifically designed to compliment our entire digital entertainment range, this service will provide our customers with a vast library of music at their fingertips.”
