Fossil has finally released a Palm-powered PDA wristwatch two years later than planned and after reports that the product was never going to see the light of day.

The new wristwatch sized pda has 8Mb of memory, a 160x160 back-lit touch screen and runs standard Palm applications.

The watch will run on Palm OS version 4.1, will work with both PCs and Macs via a USB cable.

The Lithium-ion rechargeable battery lasts approximately three to four days between charges.

The new Wrist PDA is available in two different brands, FOSSIL and ABACUS, and will hit store shelves on January 6th in America. The Fossil branded product (FX2008) can be found at Fossil stores nationwide or at www.Fossil.com. The FOSSIL Wrist PDA is priced at a MSRP of $249.00 USD.
