Mac blogs and websites are atwitter today with excitement about the possible news of an update to Apple's current line of notebooks.

The rumours making the headlines are about five possible new consumer MacBook models, while Macworld.co.uk are touting the possibility (from a source, from another source) of a notebook with solid state flash memory.

The fact that the on-line Apple store in both the US and the UK has gone off-line with a "back soon" note may suggest there is some truth amongst all the rumours…
