If you're one of the millions of people who secretly dreads the summer months due to hay fever, then this site is for you.

Full of sensible advice on how to tackle the symptoms and also how to avoid exposure in the first place, it has recently highlighted changes to diet that can really help.

Hayfever is only part of the story here though as the site covers just about every other allergic reaction around. Food allergies are covered in depth and a very useful area is the product endorsement information. This tells you whether that new "miracle cure" you've seen advertised is worth its salt. If it ain't here, it's probably a load of cobblers.

I can save you all some work though: there's no advice on mondaymorningitis anywhere.
