Weekend tickets are available on the door, £10 adults and £5 kids.
Here's a taster of what's happening...
Trek WSD, Fit for Women:
Trek, in association with Sigma, are giving women the opportunity to try the latest Women's Specific Bike Designs on a 1km cycle test track. Sigma will have a Bikefit service at the show and a range of women's specific cycling and tri gear. You can either book in advance at www.trekwsd.co.uk, or on the day on stand A12.
Running Workshop and Advice Clinic:
Suffering from a niggling running injury or just feel you need some advice on avoiding lower limb problems? Then the experts from RS Scan Lab will be on hand to help. Two Podiatrists and a Biomechanist will be available to answer questions and explode some of the myths surrounding running injuries.
If you feel you could benefit from a full assessment, these are charged at a special show rate of £70 - saving up to £55 of the usual price, this includes a pair of prescription or performance orthotic insoles if required.
Viner Bike Fitting Workshop:
Mystified by the black art of bike fitting? Visit the Viner Bike Fitting Workshop to be illuminated! Two major presentations a day at 11:45 and 2:30 will cover how to get the best out of your position on the bike. At other times you can fire questions at the Viner team as they carry out full bike fitting of visitors to the show.
Bike Maintenance and Preparation Workshop:
So you've found your dream bike at the show but how do you keep it in top condition? Shimano Service Centres are holding bike maintenance workshops on topics including: Home maintenance, Safety Check and Bike Preparation and Roadside Repairs. Sessions will run throughout both days of the show.
Blue Seventy SwimZone:
An opportunity to learn from top coaches and athletes from Swim for Tri in the SwimZone workshops. Taking place in an Endless Pool, the workshops are designed to help triathletes of all abilities improve their technique. Session times are 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:15. Visitors can also have their stroke analysed and try the new Blue Seventy range of wetsuits in the pool - subject to availability.
EAS Indoor Time Trial:
In association with Computrainer and Giant, EAS are again holding their indoor cycle time trial competition at the show. Your chance to compete for prizes over a 5Km virtual course. Just turn up and enter on the day!
