EPSON launches the EPSON Perfection 2580 Photo scanner
Epson has launched the EPSON Perfection 2580 Photo is the first scanner to include Auto Film Loader features for digitising 35mm film. The EPSON Perfection 2580 Photo allows users to input positive and negative 35mm film, which is then automatically processed by the scanner creating scans up to A3.
The scanner also offers an automatic film loader that should allow for larger volumes of film to be processed quickly, as well as, allowing users to repair and archive all their old photographs with the in-built colour-restoration and dust removal applications.
Additionally the flatbed scanner can scan items such as photographic film up to an optical resolution of 2400 x 4800 dpi then. Other features include USB 2.0 connectivity and easy push buttons on the front of the product.
