Bluetooth for the Blackberry?
Mike Lazaridis, President and Co-CEO of Research in Motion, the company that sells the blackberry email handheld device, has hinted in a recent interview that the next generation of blackberry handhelds will most likely feature Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
The inclusion of the two wireless protocols not only makes sense, but will also mean that connecting to a PC to synchronise your inbox, or a connecting to a headset so you can talk wireless in the car will become a possibility.
Other features to expect are fairly incremental things like more memory and more bands meaning the blackberry will become a unit worth travelling with. Lazaridis also commented that they will be working with its BlackBerry Connect partners to go after other markets.
