Evesham technology has today announced an expansion of its Alqemi range of LCD TVs to introduce the new Alqemi 26-inch LCD TV.

The new Evesham Alqemi 26-inch TV, with support for HD resolutions (720p and 1080i), flaunts an extremely bright screen together with high contrast to ensure brilliantly defined colours and true to life images, whilst a fast 8ms response time ensures images displayed on the Alqemi 26-inch TV move quickly and smoothly at all times, providing a perfect picture without ghosting.

Connectivity includes Twin Scart, S-Video, Component and Composite, VGA and DVI Input, but only a single HDMI socket.

Available in 2 versions, the 26V and the 26VX, the 26VX is ready for the digital switchover and is a “Digital Tick” approved Freeview ready model complete with CAM (Conditional Access Module) slot for TopUp TV. The built-in TV tuner provides access to all Freeview channels and the ability to go interactive via the Red button. Importantly the 26VX also boasts twin HDMI ports ready to support multiple pieces of state-of-the-art high definition digital equipment.

The new Evesham Alqemi 26V LCD TV is available now for only £349 inc. VAT (analogue). The Alqemi 26VX will be available at the end of April at only £399 inc. VAT (Digital). Both versions, available at www.evesham.com
