Digital Media Port iPod Dock spacer TDM-IP1 will allow you "to share your tunes with the whole room when you connect your iPod to your BRAVIA home theatre system" according to Sony.

The company famed for its Walkman range has so failed to comment on whether the launch of an iPod enable product showed that they had lost faith in their own music MP3 players.

We will keep you posted.
