T-Mobile brings Uefa Champions League to a phone near you

9 December 2004 18:43 GMT / By Stuart Miles

T-Mobile is to start offering UEFA Champion League content to its mobile phone customers for the 2004 / 2005 tournament.

The content covers all participating teams and matches played whether featuring Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool or Chelsea and will run in a similar way to its Euro2004 offering.

Football fans can sign up to receive highlights on a ‘per match' basis or can follow their favourite team throughout the tournament by selecting a ‘per team' alert which gives all highlights of the chosen team.

The highlights will cost £4.50 for the picture alerts package and £5 for the video alerts package. Individual match packages cost £1.50 if receiving picture alerts and £2.50 if receiving video alerts.
