Casio plans a white Christmas for the EX-S100

6 December 2004 17:53 GMT / By Stuart Miles

Casio has decided that it must have a white model of its latest digital camera the Exilim EX-S100 for it to appeal to the style conscious masses. Silver is no longer cool didn't you know.

In what appears to be nothing more than an ode to the iPod, the new model is no different from the standard model we reviewed other than the colour.

If it wasn't for the fact that we rate the EX-S100, this release would have gone in the bin. Next week we'll no doubt be bringing you a news story of a camera that's the colour turquoise so you can take better pictures of frogs.
