Kids console maker VTech has updated its childrens console, the V.Smile Learning System adding a bundle of new features including a karaoke microphone so your little ones can practice for X-Factor.

The £49.99 TV hook up system combines a child-friendly design, a joystick that adjusts for right and left handed play, age-appropriate curriculum, entertaining graphics, and fun gameplay.

Good news is, that it will be compatibility with a vast library of Learning Games featuring popular licensees tailored to children’s ages and abilities means that there is plenty of fun to be had!

Cosmetically the V.Smile now has a slimmer high-tech look and more storage space for the games. The gameplay has also been enhanced and now offers a karaoke microphone for sing-a-long songs and a pen and touch sensitive surface on the joystick for drawing and more.

Joining the Orange and Pink version is V.Smile Blue featuring the Thomas the Tank Engine Learning Game for all those avid Thomas fans.

VTech has also announced a qwerty keyboard for the V.Smile.

The company has said that it will be updating its pocket version V.Smile Pocket with a slimmer design as well.

The new models will be available in June.
