MySpace user flogs site on eBay

Makes over $2000 on it

One entrepreneurial eBay user has flogged his or her personal MySpace page for $2125 - not bad when you consider a MySpace page is free to set up.

Seller Jmhmedia said the page was worthwhile because it was set up 4 years ago, just after MySpace launched, and was one of the first 50,000 to be set up.

The seller had not set up the personal URL associated with the site, which means that the buyer could choose whatever he or she wanted.

He said he was selling the account because he needed a little extra cash.

The winning bidder, who placed the fourth bid, is called "girlsliketheboyswithferraris".
