Evesham's Sound Stage X1 incorporates speakers into a TV stand

Your walls will shake

Evesham has produced a spectacular new TV Stand that doubles as a surround sound system, the Sound Stage X1.

The glossy black and glass stand looks innocuous enough until you take the covers off the nine speakers incorporated in its design.

The Sound Stage offers a "re-creation" of surround sound by bouncing sound off the walls, which it's capable of doing with its powerful set up.

Included are a 50W subwoofer, two 20W centre speakers, four 30W front speakers, and two 30W rear speakers that together have a frequency responds of 25Hz-20KHz.

The system is ready to go straight out of the box as everything is pre-wired, and it connects to both the TV for 5.1 surround sound as well as your portable media player.

The Sound Stage X1 is available now for £300.
