Sony Ericsson W880 photos leaked

New Walkman model to be released next week

It looks like the rumoured new Sony Walkman phone is coming ever closer to launch, if new leaked photos are anything to go by.

The W880 mobile phone measures just 9.4mm thick, and is supposed to be launched on 6 February, according to Swedish Mobil.

It has both front and rear cameras for 3G video chatting, and so far the specs are that the main camera is a 2MP model.

Unusually, the charger slot is on the side of the camera rather than the bottom, and it may also have HSPDA functionality.

We'll know more next week, if the rumours are true.
