Miglia, makers of accessories designed for Macs, has launched the TVDuo for Apple desktops in the UK.

TVDuo, as the name implies, integrates two digital terrestrial tunes, so that you can record one show and watch another.

It receives Freeview broadcasts and works in most European and Asian countries.

It comes with Elgato's EyeTV2 software so that it operates as a digital video recorder; the application lets you remove adverts, receive EPG information from the Internet, set timed recorders, and convert recordings to file format for portable devices.

It costs £120 ex VAT.
