Email device gets copycat Apple makeover

21 January 2007 19:52 GMT / By Stuart Miles

Last week we reported creative programmers keen to let Palm and Windows Mobile 5 smartphone users use an interface that resembles the new iPhone.

This week BlackBerry 7100 users can turn their email device into something that resembles Apple's new interface with the iBerry skin.

No way endorsed by Apple, the skin, which site owners are asking users to donate $5 to download, will make the home page of the 7100 series BlackBerry use the iPhone icons.

It doesn't however look like you can get a version yet for other BlackBerry handsets including the BlackBerry Pearl.

We will keep you posted.
