14 October 2004 17:40 GMT / By Stuart Miles

Motorola has increased its clamshell offering today by a further six models in an attempt to steal nokia's mobile phone share. The models, three of which are exclusive handsets are aimed at filling in the gaps rather than boasting cutting edge technology.

Models launched include the V620, V550, V547, E550, V545 and the V535.
The Motorola V550 will be available exclusively to Vodafone customers, The E550 is exclusive to T-Mobile, and the V545 will be for Orange users.

The V547 will offer EDGE technology and quad-band support with integrated Bluetooth. While none of the new models will feature 1 megapixel cameras showing that the new models aren't trying to break any new frontiers.
