Alba has lowered the bar when it comes to Digital Radio, by launching its latest model under the £50 barrier. Costing £49.99, the player however, like every other digital radio on the market it seems, will be marketed towards the kitchen and bedroom sector.

On the features side, it has 10 DAB station presets as well as 10 FM station presets and a multifunction dot matrix LCD display with a backlight.

The Alba TRDAB2820 transistor radio is available.
