A few sensible words about booze.

The party season is about half way through for most people now: the office party has been and gone, you’ve survived the family Christmas gathering and now it’s full steam ahead for New Year’s Eve. No doubt there’ll be a few social get-togethers in between too.

So, it might be worth glancing at this site (through blurred and puffy eyes perhaps), as it’ll give you some solid advice about drinking

The advice given here will help you to enjoy yourself without doing too much harm. You don’t have to abide by what they say to the letter, but it’s worth knowing what’s sensible and what’s not.
