Vertu throws rubies at low-spec mobile
And creates the $310,000 phone

The picture says it all, really. Vertu, the makers of ridiculously expensive and notoriously low-spec mobile phones have teamed up with jewellery designers at Boucheron to create the $310,000 mobile phone, the Signature Cobra.
This mobile has one pear-cut diamond, one round one, two emeralds, and 439 rubies ... and it's still ugly.
Thankfully, only 26 have been made, but if you're out of luck on that model, check out the $115,000 Signature Python.
Rich people, please remember: just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
