Creative unveils wireless Bluetooth headphones

Wireless Headphones SE2300 free you from cables

Creative have launched a wire-free headset, the Wireless Headphones SE2300, although they’re not the first to do so -- the iLuv i202 beat the company to it.

They feature a clip-on design, and are connected to each other with a tether, not a cord, so that you can keep track of them.

The transmitter operates up to a range of 10 metres, and also functions as the volume control. The headphones and transmitter pair automatically, and talk via A2DP Bluetooth.

Additionally, the headphones will sync to any USB Bluetooth dongle or transmitter, and run for up to 8 hours at a time on rechargeable Li-ion batteries that powers up via mains power or USB.

And now for the sad news: at the moment, the SE2300 is only available in Singapore for around US$100. So unless you’re travelling through that port of call, we don’t yet know when you’ll be able to get your hands on a pair.
