It has been some time since we've seen a new iPod accessory emerge from the depths, and today we present to you the ISOX SMI608 Disco Cube.

This desperately unattractive device flashes coloured lights to the rhythm of the music being played by your iPod.

It does all the usual iPod docking functions, including syncing your iPod with your PC or Mac, and charging it from the mains power.

Music is played through two 2W speakers and a 2W subwoofer with a frequency respons of 50Hz-200Hz.

An official Apple iPod accessory, the £75 device won't win any beauty awards, but it could be a bit of fun at your next party. You can pick one up at Debenhams.
