O2 has launched a new Bluetooth headset for chatting hands- free on your mobile.

O2 blue features “hot dialling” that gives you instant access to three programmed quick-dial numbers with the press of a button.

Happily, the battery life on the device is longer than average, with a standby time of up to 22 days, and up to 15.5 hours talk time.

Bundled with a USB charger, you can charge the device from your desktop or notebook computer while you're on the go.

And if you pick one up at an O2 store, you may be able to get your hands on a limited-edition white version of the O2 blue, complete with free stuffed polar bear.

Available now, the O2 blue costs £50.
