iriver has announced the launch of a new MP3 player that it hopes will be its Flagship product in the run up to Christmas. The iFP-900 is a flash based player that will offer 256Mb, 512Mb of memory.Hoping to stand it out from the crowd, iriver has included a 1.2" colour LCD with up to 260,000 colours, a built-in rechargeable lithium ion battery that promises 40 playback hours, and like other iriver products support for MP3, WMA and OGG Vorbis formats.
iriver iFP-900 models with three different memory configurations will be immediately available with recommended retail prices of £169 for the 256 MB model, £224 for the 512 MB model, and £270 for the top-of-the-range 1 GB model. Audio, MP3 players, iRiver
