Today’s website of the day is gethuman.com/uk an indispensable list of techniques for frustrating the frustrators.

Pretty much every time you call a company’s customer service number you’ll be bounced around by an automated system that’s only purpose in life seems to be to keep you on the line for as long as possible (at 50p a minute usually) without actually letting you talk to anybody or answer your questions.

You’ll be delighted to hear that some people have figured out how to circumvent these systems and the tips and tricks are published here.
