Jumping on the GPS bandwagon, Acer will start shipping a GPS solution kit with its new PocketPC the N30. Using the Bluetooth capability of the unit, the kit will come with a separate GPS receiver by RoyalTek that connects to the unit via the Bluetooth connection.

Also included in the box is Navman's Destinator 3 GPS software, a holder for the car and car cigarette lighter charger for power on the move. Also included in the box is a 256Mb SD Card for map storage.

The N30 launched earlier this year features a 3.5in colour screen and promises 8 hours of use from its rechargeable ion-lithium battery. The PocketPC is also offers email synchronisation via Microsoft's Pocket Outlook software.
