For those of you who have some cash to burn and find it a hassle to transfer recordings to your iPod or PSP comes the iRecord.

The device records both video and audio and then transfers it straight to a portable device with the push of a button. It records from a DVD player, VCR, TV, or other video source.

It uses H.264/AVC for video encoding, for those of you keeping track, and AAC for audio encoding.

For your $200 you get the device, plus an S-video cable, RCA Audio/Video cable, and a power adapter.
