Samsung, following hot on the heals of other electronics manufacturers, are adding DAB digital radio to is new range of home entertainment models.

Models that will add digital radio functionality are the Home Cinema system - the HT-DS470, and the MM-ZJ8 and MM-ZJ9 micro systems.

Digital Radio has had a tough time until recently with many manufacturers only seeing it as a solution for kitchen radios. Samsung's move alongside other companies such as Sony shows that the technology is starting to become adopted in the home.
