WEBSITE OF THE DAY - cia.gov

The catchy-titled source of all kinds of information gathered over the years by the Central Intelligence Agency

Today’s website of the day is cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook the catchy-titled source of all kinds of information gathered over the years by that great American organ of state, the Central Intelligence Agency.

Each country around the globe is thoroughly researched, and information on population, geography, economy, government, military assets and communications is listed for anybody to read. Rather makes you wonder where they’ll be invading next.

You maybe surprised that such a secretive organisation would be so brazen about telling the world what they know about everybody, but this really is an astonishing resource. The printed version of the book is also available.
