Samsung has announced the release of two new multi-functional monitors - the SM730MP and SM730MW, that promise to offer the latest multi function options and wide screen viewing for those after such things.

The SM730MW boasts to be the first 17" wide-screen monitor market, and aside from its 16:9 picture ratio offers Picture in Picture.

The SM730MP on the other hand is packed with features including a Wise Link - a series of memory card slots, allowing users to view digital photography, listen to MP3's and to watch home movies. Additionally it also features a FM radio, TV Tuner, multiple video inputs for connection to DVD, satellite and camcorder.

The SM730MP and SM730MW will be available from late September. The SM730MP will retail at £399, and the SM730MW will retail at £429.
