If the Internet is good at one thing, it is gossiping.

Rumours are abound that Friends' stiff-nipped beauty Jennifer Aniston is nearing a deal with sportswear giant Nike. The sums of money involved are reported to be the largest the US company has paid out on a celebrity endorsements. Aniston is perhaps looking at the deal as a way to raise cancer awareness, a campaign supported by other sports manufacturers such as running company RonHill.

Meanwhile, rapper Eminem has teamed up with Nike to pursue charitable aims. In a statement, he said: "We're always looking for new ways to try to raise money and awareness for the foundation, so when Nike approached us we jumped at the chance. Who wouldn't want to design their own line of Nikes? And to do it for charity makes it that much better."

Never seen without his "Nikes", Eminem is likely to make a stir as Nike continues to pursue street fashion.
