Toyota to upgrade Yaris with sporty TS model
Bigger engine and more speed due early-2007

According to reports on the web, Toyota is getting ready to unveil a new sporty Yaris called the TS, to be unveiled at the Paris Motor Show at the end of September.
Under the bonnet of the small car will be a four-cylinder 1.8-litre Dual VVT-i engine capable of 132 horsepower, which will be able to give drivers a top speed of 120 mph.
The special Yaris has been equipped with a black mesh grille, front foglights integrated into the bumper, deep side skirts, new 17-inch wheels and chromed exhaust pipes.
Although being shown off at the show, the Yaris TS is expected go on sale in Europe in early-2007. No word on pricing yet.
