Treadmill bike allows you to run and cycle at the same time

If you've ever got to the gym and wondered whether to hit the treadmill or the exercise bike then this gadget might be just for you.

In what has to be one of the craziest inventions we've ever seen at Pocket-lint the Treadmill Bike is both a bicycle and a treadmill in one.

According to its makers, "The Treadmill Bike offers the same fat burning benefits of a conventional treadmill without the membership fees!"

The bike works by the user walking or running on the treadmill, which in turn turns a chain connected to the rear wheel just like a regular bicycle. The tyres are all-terrain for on or off roading

Supposedly the "Treadmill Bike's hard wearing belt offers a sure grip while protecting your feet from dirt and other contaminants commonly found on the earth's surface".

Competing with the price of the latest road cycles, the Treadmill Bike from Bike Forest will set you back $2,500 Canadian dollars.
