It’s no good. We’re hooked. We recommended Frozen Planet a couple of weeks ago and with good reason. The BBC’s latest series form their near-legendary Wildlife Unit is something to behold, so when we heard about a specialist travel agent who could arrange for people to behold it first-hand, we had to take a look.
At www.hurtigruten.co.uk they arrange trips to some of the most incredible places the planet, and the reason we’re telling you about them now is because if you want to get the best out of a trip to the Arctic, you might want to be booking it quite soon.
Apparently, 2012 is going to be a bumper year for the Northern Lights, and so booking ahead is the best way to guarantee seeing one of these planets most awe-inspiring sights.
The site offers no-fuss, simple booking information and is one of the best places we’ve found for getting that far north.
You might not get to see all the things that Sir David Attenborough and the team get to see, but you’ll certainly be able to put some fairly big ticks on your to-do list of life.
If you have a website that you want to tell us about email us via the feedback form.
