Remember how we told you that online phone retailer Clove.co.uk had put the Motorola RAZR up for order on its website whilst detailing that it will get a 1 November UK release.
The brighter readers amongst you may have realised that date has arrived and yet we have no RAZR. The less bright ones - that is why you may have been pinched and punched this morning.
Clove is now stating that "the first stock of the Motorola RAZR...has been delayed until next week, week commencing the 7 November".
Boo and hiss indeed.
Said to be the "world's thinnest smartphone" the new RAZR packs gorilla glass, and it's the first smartphone from the company to feature Motorola splash-guard with a nanotechnology coating, in order to protect it from water spills and the like.
It runs Android 2.3.5 and iss powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz processor with 1GB of RAM. There's an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, with 1080p HD video recording skillss, and a front-facing HD webcam for video conferencing.
The display is a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Advanced qHD touchscreen one and the device has two WebTop docks so Droid Razr owners can turn their phones into netbook-style devices.
The Carphone Warehouse isn't committing itself to an actual date - just stating "November" at present; but Clove seem pretty confident it will arrive next week.
We'll update you as to an official release date once we know more.
In the meantime, check out our Motorola RAZR vs Samsung Galaxy S II guide
