Pocket-lint has teamed up with Microsoft to bring you the chance of winning a Gears of War 3 Season Pass for the DLC.

Worth 2,400 MS points each - around £20 - and including the Epic Skin Pack, these Gears 3 passes add hours of campaign and multiplayer action, with the first instalment coming in November. Essentially, while all of the forthcoming downloadable content will be available separately, a Season Pass ensures that you get all of the goodies as and when they're available.

Entering couldn't be easier. Just email Pocket-lint with the header "Gears 3 Season Pass" and the first five received will each get a Season Pass code, simple as that.

Pocket-lint reviewed Gears 3 earlier in the year, so if you missed it and are perhaps thinking of buying the cinematic action game, you can read it here  -  and with 3 million copies sold in the first week, you'll have a wealth of folk to play with, and against.

The competition will close when the first five emails have been received, so we'll update the story when that happens, as well as contacting the winners with the pass codes. The link to Pocket-lint feedback is here - so ready, steady, GO.

Update: That's it folks, all passes are now gone and this competition is now closed.
