Man U launches podcasts for ardent footie fans
Series features player interviews and news from the club

Manchester United is tapping into its fan base of over 75 million people world-wide and is releasing a series of podcasts for ardent supporters to download and listen to on the go.
The series will feature past and present players, all the latest club news, celebrity cameos and comedy sketches, including a rip off of Big Brother called, “Big Bother”.
Former GMTV present Eamonn Holmes hosts the podcasts, and in the first episode interviews Paul Scholes and Dwight Yorke, as well as Gary Pallister, actor Ralf Little, and Olympic gold-medallist Darren Campbell.
The first podcast is available on 10 August; the second, which features an interview with Eric Cantona in which he sounds off about Wayne Rooney, will be ready on 24 August.
The first is a free download from www.manutd.com or www.audible.co.uk; subsequent episodes will cost £1.50 each.
