As Nokia prepares to unleash its first iteration of Windows Phone 7 handsets upon the world, reports have come in that the Finnish phone giant is preparing its own voice navigation and 3D maps software for the Mango OS.

The reports that come in from WinRumors, say that an anonymous tipster sent in "images of some marketing posters that T-Mobile in Germany is currently preparing for its Nokia Windows Phones. The posters were briefly displayed at T-Mobile’s on-site shop at the company’s corporate headquarters in Bonn, Germany."

The poster included some blurb related to a possible Nokia WP7 phone, which said:

"With Nokia drive safely at the finish - including 3D representation and voice-controlled navigation. New operating system: Windows phone 7.5 (Mango) Brilliant 3.7-inch convex Amoled display"

The description tallies with earlier reports of the Nokia Sabre that would sport a 3.7-inch screen and Micro SIM card. Interestingly Vodafone has confirmed to Pocket-lint that it is about to stock non-Apple Micro SIM cards, which could well be for the new phones.

We await next month's Nokia World  2011 event with baited breath, as not only should it reveal the new Searay device, but also act as a catalyst for all manner of other Nokia WP7-related news.
