3D gaming on the PC continues to get easier, with screens now regularly shipping with Nvidia's clever 3D Vision tech built in.

Viewsonic is the latest to join in the third dimensional fun with a potent 120Hz, 1080p, 24 inch display. Also thrown in for good measure is a 2ms video response time, meaning signals churned out from your powerful gaming rig will look ultra-smooth. The 20,000,000:1 contrast ratio isn't bad either.

Nvidia's 3D Vision is the PC gamers take on 3D gaming. As it stands there is more than 500 titles that support it and a decent enough rig will run things in proper 1080p and at 60fps. HDMI 1.4 means you can also run consoles and 3D Blu-ray players through the monitor.

Expect to pay £350 for the Viewsonic monitor, plenty less than a 3D TV. Launch window-wise, the V3D245 lands September time.
