Vigilant Google searchers have spotted a few changes to the search giant's shopping results, which some are saying now point to just Amazon listings.

What looks like a new type of partnership links and not standard Amazon affiliate links are now showing themselves on some Google searches.

Website Blogstorm spotted the changes and posted a screenshot of the new results. This is a big deal for Amazon as it means direct search to product page. Rather than going to the Amazon website, Google users can get results just for the shopping site from individual searches.

Google shopping results can be particularly useful for those keen to get an overview of prices of an individual product across the internet. The Amazon only results however mean it will be more difficult to use Google shopping to find the best deal, that is unless Amazon itself has the cheapest prices.
