Skype Verballs animate your phone calls

Skype lightens up

Skype has found a sense of humour with its latest products: the Verballs.

These little furry critters plug into your computers USB and function as alerts for Skype phone calls.

When someone gives you a ring, they wave their arms; those that have horns light them up.

They can also be customised with various ringtones to identify different contacts.

Each Verball will cost from £29.95, and will be available from 7 September from Skype.com, Verballs.com, Firebox, and other retailers.
